He is currently in second place in the voting, behind Aung San Suu Kyi, but ahead of a number of Chinese "heroes" such as the first Chinese person in space and that guy who won a gold medal in track this summer. If you feel moved to do so, you can stuff the ballot box simply by voting for HHDL, clicking the back icon and voting again as many times as you want. I'm not sure this promotes good karma, however, on the other hand, if HH was proclaimed as the winner it would perhaps help conditions in Tibet via the publicity incurred.
